Before submitting this application, please read and confirm the following:

  • Denarii Network is ledger software, not a bank, payment institution, or financial services provider.
  • Credits recorded on this platform are internal accounting entries within your community. They are not money, do not represent monetary value, and have no validity or convertibility outside your network.
  • No fiat currency is held, processed, or redeemed by Denarii Network at any point.
  • You, as operator, are solely responsible for the governance of your network and for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • This platform is not regulated as a financial service. It does not fall under PSD2, MiCA, or e-money regulations, provided it is used within its intended scope.

What happens after you apply?

We review each application individually. If approved, you will receive an email with credentials and a link to your dedicated network instance. Your instance will be pre-configured for you to complete the network setup: define rules, set credit limits, and invite your first members.
